Shipping

Shipping:
The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping and handling (time & materials to pack) costs. We combine items for shipment as possible. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Parcel Select, USPS Media Mail (if applicable) and Priority Mail International for all packages outside of the USA. We also ship via Fed Ex. We require insurance and signature confirmation on all packages. We do charge a fee for packaging materials and time to pack. We will do our best to package all shipments in-house but reserve the right to forward your item to an outside shipper if the item is too large or fragile. We will contact you to help coordinate an outside shipper quote. Our preferred outside shipper is: Action Shipping 11807 E Trent Ave, Spokane, WA 9920. 509-926-2445.
Removal:
Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases can be removed from premises only upon presentation of a paid invoice. The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for goods not removed/shipped within 30 days and shall have the option of removing and storing at the expense and risk of the purchaser any article purchased.
Any shipping invoice not paid in full within 30-days of auction will be sent to storage at a cost of $25 USD minimum, or 5% of the purchase price per lot (whichever is higher) per month. No property will be released until storage fees are paid in full.
If after 90-days the invoice and storage fee has not been paid in full, the merchandise will be:
1) Resubmitted in the next appropriate auction, without reserve, holding the purchaser liable for any deficiencies, 30% commission, and all costs of sale which is a minimum of $50 per lot.
2) If unsold at auction the item will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.
Non-Delivery Responsibility:
Auctioneer shall not, in any event, be liable for non-removal, or for any other matter or thing, to any purchaser of any lot, other than for the return to the purchaser of the deposit, or sum paid on said lot, should the purchaser be entitled to it.

Conditions of Sale

Payment: Payment:
All invoices must be paid in full before their merchandise will be shipped or released to them. The buyer is responsible for paying the seller directly after winning the item. Payment is due within 4-days following receipt of the invoice either through the online platform or from Grant Zahajko, L.L.C. The seller accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Pay-Pal, and wire transfer. Any invoice totaling over $7,500 will require a wire transfer. Additionally, all items shipped to a location in Washington State, must pay sales tax based upon the location to where the item is being shipped, unless a copy of a valid reseller permit or tax exemption is provided. A 1.5% monthly interest rate will incur on all unpaid invoices after 30 days, in addition to storage fees.

Buyer's Premium: A 25% Buyers Premium will be added to all online bids. All bidders agree to accept our Terms & Conditions of Auction when bidding.

The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness of, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance will be made, or sale set aside, on account of any incorrectness or error in cataloguing, or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold "as-is" and without recourse.
Grant Zahajko Auctions LLC may, but shall have no obligation to consider any reasonable request to refund any lot for discrepancy of description. Grant Zahajko Auctions LLC must be notified within 21 days of date of sale of the discrepancy and if Grant Zahajko Auctions agrees to a refund, the lot must be returned to Grant Zahajko Auctions LLC, in same condition it was in at the time of sale, within 30 days of the date of sale. NO refunds will be given after 30 days of date of any sale for any reason.
