Once payment for items has cleared, items will be packed in the order payment was received. Once your purchase is ready to be shipped a second invoice will be sent through email for shipping and materials.

Conditions of Sale

Payments: Checks should be made payable to Woody Auction, PO Box 618, Douglass, Kansas 67039. Woody Auction invoices include buyer's premium. We accept Payments through We Pay and Credit Card payments in the form of MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Visa. BUYERS may receive a 5% buyers premium discount if payment is made by Wire Transfer or Check. Invoices will be sent through Invaluable.

Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium will be added to the successful bid price and is payable by the BUYER as part of the total purchase price. I acknowledge and agree that a 20% Buyer's Premium will be added to the hammer price on each individual lot, on which I am the successful bidder. This is regardless of affiliation with any group or organization. I further acknowledge that I am responsible to pay Woody Auction the combined of the hammer price and the Buyer's Premium for such lot(s). All invoices must be paid within ten (10) calendar days after the close of the auction. Upon the tenth (10) calendar day post auction, a dispute will be entered. If failure to settle the dispute within thirty (30) days post auction BUYER forfeits purchased lots and all items unpaid for will be returned to SELLER. BUYER acknowledges and agrees that he/she shall have no right, title, or interest in and to any property initially purchased by BUYER.

Condition: It is the responsibility of prospective bidders of live and online auctions to inspect the property and/or request a condition report before bidding to determine its condition, size, and to determine if it has been repaired or restored.
