Conditions of Sale

All sales will have a 20% buyers premium added to the hammer price of each lot.

All sales are final. No returns will be accepted except in the case of miss advertised items.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars

Shipping Terms

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and packaging charges.

Large items and international items all go threw a pack and ship company shipped with tracking and insurance.

Special shipping can be done on a per item basis and is always at the buyers expense.

Local pick up at the Museum is allowed if scheduled in advance and with proper ID is shown.

Payment

Payment must be made with in 30 days of receiving your invoice,

All invoices are sent after items are packaged and exact shipping and packaging costs have been determined.

Sales Tax

Sales tax must be collected for any item sold in the state of Florida.
