COMPLETE AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All property is sold as-is, where is, without recourse and all sales are final. No Refunds or Returns. As a condition to registration and bidding, bidder agrees that they will not, under any circumstances, initiate a chargeback, and agree that they are waiving any chargeback rights that may exist under the agreement between the bidder and the bidder's credit card company. Bidders agrees that, should a chargeback be initiated, the bidder terms and conditions will be conclusive evidence of the bidder's waiver of any chargeback rights. Bidder agrees if a chargeback is successful, the buyer remains liable for the purchase price including any buyer's premium, plus costs of collection and attorney fees including a 25% restocking fee. 'Bidding at the auction indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions of the sale.'
All property is described to the best of our knowledge; however, neither we nor consignor make any warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to such property as to the physical condition, character, quality, rarity, authenticity, importance, authorship, provenance, medium, period, origin or estimated value, or other attributes of any sold lot. No statement anywhere, whether oral or written, whether made in the catalog or advertisement, bill of sale, gallery posting, announcement or remarks by staff or the Auctioneer, shall be a warranty, representation or assumption of liability. It is important to understand that South Jersey Auction has never, and would never, knowingly offer a fake or altered item for sale, and we offer no guarantee of authenticity of any item offered. All measurements and weights are approximate.
INSPECTION and Auction Facility LOCATION: All Merchandise may be available for inspection and preview on Saturday prior to auction from 9-12 pm or by appointment at auction warehouse facility. Call (856) 467-4834 for more details.
BUYER PREMIUM: There is a 25% Buyers Premium applied to each lot sold. Total purchase price will be: hammer price, buyer's premium, and applicable taxes.
SALES TAX: Sales Tax is collected by Invaluable. If you are tax exempt make sure you send your information to [email protected] to update your account or you will be paying the appropriate state sales tax.
PAYMENT: Payment must be received/arranged within two (3) days from auction date. Credit cards may be charged 3 days after auction date. South Jersey Auction accepts Cash, Known Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and Wire Transfer (at buyers expense) as payment for items purchased. Auction has the right to require wire transfer for purchases. Invoices will be emailed to the successful bidder within one (1) business day of the Auction. Please note Invaluable Auctionzip payment charges a 3% courtesy fee to process your payment. Due to the uncontrollable nature of the delivery of email, non-receipt of an 'Email Invoice' does not preclude you from your responsibilities for payment if you were a winning bidder. If you have participated in the Auction, you are encouraged to inquire regarding whether or not you were the winning bidder.
Please note that Auctionzip and Invaluable does not share your credit card information that you supply them to activate a bidder paddle with the our auction house.
South Jersey Auction reserves the right to move forward with any and all remedies available to us, including reporting your bad debt to the live Auction provider and/or any other related entities. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at the close of the Auction, and the Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property. By requesting to participate in any Auction, you acknowledge that you are legally bound by South Jersey Auction's terms and conditions herein.
SHIPPING and PICKUPS: Pick up times are available by appointment, Monday through Friday between 8:30am - 4:00pm. We are not shippers but may be available to help with your arrangements. We have a list compiled of shippers other buyers have been utilizing at www.SouthJerseyAuction.com see 'shipping' tab. No items will be released until full payment has been received and validated, and an email release consent must be received by auction of your chosen shipper. Buyer pays and is responsible for all related shipping cost, insurance and arrangements. All items must be removed from the premises within five (5) days of the sale. After five (5) days, items remaining in South Jersey Auction's possession may be assessed a minimum storage fee of $5 per day based on size. Item(s) will be deemed abandoned if storage fees are not paid and accumulate to purchase price or after 30 days, whichever happens first. Items left after 10 days is at buyers risk, auction will assume no responsibility. South Jersey Auction Pick up at 26 Repaupo Station Road, Logan Township, NJ 08085.

SALES TAX: Sales Tax is collected by law by Invaluable Auctionzip. Tax exempt buyers can add exempt status through registration process and update prior to payment being processed.
