The bidder is responsible for notifying R&R Auction for preferred shipping company. Westside Mail Center Comes to our Facility and Picks up and Packs All of your winning Items. Items purchased that require regular shipping will be shipped with Westside Mail Center and are picked up on Thursday. WE CANNOT STORE YOUR ITEMS AT R&R AUCTION IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THEM PICKED UP BY Westside Mail Center STORAGE FEES WILL START TO APPLY AT A RATE OF $10.00 PER DAY PER LOT. IF NO PAYMENT OR PICKUP IS MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE AUCTION YOUR ITEMS ARE FORFEITED AND YOU WILL BE REPORTED AS UNPAID. Westside Mail Center will contact winning bidders for payment information. YOU MAY CALL Westside Mail Center At 623-825-6016. Please make shipping arrangements prior to bidding if you prefer to use a different third party provider.

Conditions of Sale

Bidders Contract: This Bidder Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the person bidding on the online format (referred to herein as either "Bidder" or "Buyer") and R and R Auction, or its assignee ("Auctioneer"), (together, Bidder/Buyer and Auctioneer are referred to herein as the "Parties"). Bidder agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement with respect to all sales and auctions conducted by Auctioneer. Bidder acknowledges that additional terms to this Agreement may be posted and/or announced from the auction block and such additional terms are deemed incorporated into this Agreement by this reference and are binding on Bidder.

Local Bidders : IF YOU ARE LOCAL. PICK UP DAYS ARE SUNDAY TILL 2PM AND MONDAY FROM 9AM-5:45PM. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD AS WE DO NOT PROVIDE LOADING SERVICE. ANY ITEMS LEFT AFTER MONDAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION WILL BE CHARGED A $10 STORAGE FEE PER LOT. ANY LOTS LEFT AFTER TUESDAY WILL BE RELISTED FOR THE FOLLWING AUCTION. ALL ITEMS ARE TO BE PAID FOR PCKED UP OR NOT PICKED UP. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN IF YOU DON'T PICK UP.

Payment: Complete payment is required day of auction (if bidding live at the auction gallery) or upon receipt of notification of a successful bid (if bidding as absentee, phone or online bidder). All online bidders will receive call day of sale to have the card on file charged the following day, unless prior communication has been made. Items not paid for after the 3rd day of sale are deemed noncollectable and marked bidder is marked as a non-paying bidder. ANY REMAINING ITEMS STILL ON THE PREMISES AFTER MONDAY WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF R&R AUCTION AND WILL BE RESOLD. YOU WILL RECEIVE A RESTOCKING FEE OF $10 AFTER MONDAY FOLLOWING THE SUNDAY AUCTION. IF YOU ARE AN OUT OF STATE BIDDER, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED ON THE MORNING FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. SHIPPING IS DONE WITH PAKMAIL & WESTSIDE MAIL CENTER. THEY WILL CONTACT YOU FOR SHIPPING PAYMENT

New Premium: Buyers Premium is 20%. The price paid by online bidder, or phone bidder is the sum of;
(a)Bidder's final bid (hammer price per lot),
(b)A premium of 20% of the hammer price per lot
(c)All applicable sales tax.

Buyer understands and agrees that the 20% buyer's premium per Lot purchased will be automatically included in the final settlement figure, and the buyer will be required to pay all applicable taxes, or other fees levied by any authority.

Taxes: Peoria Tax 8.1%
