Conditions of Sale
This Bidder Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the person bidding on the online format (referred to herein as either "Bidder" or "Buyer") and R and R Auction, or its assignee ("Auctioneer"), (together, Bidder/Buyer and Auctioneer are referred to herein as the "Parties"). Bidder agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement with respect to all sales and auctions conducted by Auctioneer. Bidder acknowledges that additional terms to this Agreement may be posted and/or announced from the auction block and such additional terms are deemed incorporated into this Agreement by this reference and are binding on Bidder.
Buyers Premium is 20%. The price paid by online bidder, or phone bidder is the sum of;
(a)Bidder's final bid (hammer price per lot),
(b)A premium of 20% of the hammer price per lot
(c)All applicable sales tax.
Buyer understands and agrees that the 20% buyer's premium per Lot purchased will be automatically included in the final settlement figure, and the buyer will be required to pay all applicable taxes, or other fees levied by any authority.
Restocking Charge :
ANY REMAINING ITEMS STILL ON THE PREMISES AFTER TUESDAY WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF R&R AUCTION AND WILL BE RESOLD. YOU WILL RECEIVE A RESTOCKING FEE OF $10 AFTER TUESDAY FOLLOWING THE MONDAY AUCTION.
PAYMENT INFORMATION: ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS FOLLOWING THE END OF AUCTION.
IT IS THE BIDDERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT R&R AUCTION WITHIN 24 HOURS TO MAKE PAYMENT. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE THE DAY OF THE AUCTION WITH A CONVENIENT LINK TO PAY BY PAYPAL OR YOU MAY CALL IN A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. ONCE WE RECEIVE PAYMENT YOUR ITEM WILL MOVE TO SHIPPING STATUS. ANY CREDIT CARD THAT IS DECLINED WHEN CHARGED WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $25.00 FEE AND ITEMS MAY BE DEEMED FORFEIT AT AUCTIONEERS DISCRETION. ANY INVOICE NOT PAID MONDAY BY 6PM WILL RECIEVE A $10 LATE FEE
Shipping Terms: R&R Auction DOES IN-HOUSE SHIPPING. Items purchased that require shipping will be processed after payment has been received. Once items have been paid for they will be sent to the shipping department to be processed and packaged. When packaging is complete, you will receive a shipping invoice via email and text. After the shipping invoice has been sent out you have 7 days to submit payment, if payment is not made within those 7 days the items will be forfeited. WE CANNOT STORE YOUR ITEMS!!! R&R Auction is not responsible for lost stolen or damages items. Claims must be made via shipping link. Depending on the items size, weight, etc, they may be sent to a third-party shipper or require specialty shipping.
SHIPPING:If Item can not be packaged in-house. Bidders are responsible for arranging a third party shipper or use Westside Mail Center.
NO WARRANTY: ALL ITEMS SOLD AT AUCTION ARE SOLD ON BEHALF OF THE SELLER AND ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND OR NATURE AND ARE NOT SUBJECT TO RETURN. NO STATEMENT (ORAL OR WRITTEN) IN ANY BROCHURE OR CATALOG (ONLINE OR IN PRINT) BY AUCTIONEER OR BY SELLER (OR BY THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS), AT THE SALE OR AT ANY TIME SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS A WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STATEMENTS MADE REGARDING ANY ITEM ARE STATEMENTS OF OPINION ONLY. ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PHYSICAL INSPECTION PRIOR TO SALE, AND BIDDER IS ENCOURAGED TO INSPECT ITEMS PRIOR TO BIDDING.
