Come support our military veterans by participation in the Military Officers Association of America, Luke Chapter Annual fundraising auction! Remember this is a charity event to support our service members and community! There is a large assortment of wonderful items to bid on donated by MOAA members and other businesses in the community. You will find fine art, gift certificates and cards, antiques and collectables and more! 100% of hammer price goes directly to the MOAA Luke Chapter. 5% buyers premium will go to auction platform fees so you know for a fact your winning bid will 100% support the MOAA and the vets they take care of. Help us support our service members! This annual fund-raising event provides scholarships to students and assistance to military veterans in need. Who We Are: The Luke Chapter Military Officers Association of America Community Fund is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. The Chapter was chartered in 1980 and serves the communities in the West Valley. The Chapter has approximately 200 members made up of currently serving and former retired officers and their survivors. Chapter members donate a large majority of the funds raised and grants, local businesses, and this fund raiser provide the remainder of the nearly $60,000 that is raised annually. There are no salaries paid and all members volunteer their services. All proceeds go directly to the beneficiaries. Scholarships: The Luke Chapter MOAA Community Fund provides scholarships to high school and college students enrolled in JROTC and ROTC programs and to the children, grandchildren, and siblings of veterans/active-duty service members. These scholarships range from $1000 to $5000 per student (depending on availability of funds). Veterans Assistance: The Chapter Community Fund provides assistance to United States of America uniformed and military organizations, active-duty military, uniformed service members, and former and retired uniformed and military veterans and their families, who are experiencing financial distress. MOAA's purpose also has grown to include career transition assistance, improved member products, military benefits counseling, educational assistance to children of military families (to include enlisted), and strong involvement in military professionalism activities. Local pick up days will be 4-3-23 through 4-5-23 11AM-5PM If you are an out of state bidder we can ship your items in house through shipping saint! We make this process easy and affordable for you! We are not able to ship large items such as furniture, but we can get our 3rd party shipper to assist with freight shipments.
