All payments are due after Auction is complete. Please be aware that the invoice generated will include Buyer's Premium, Sales Tax (unless exempt on file) and any other applicable fees such as shipping fees. Late payments are subject to fees and penalties at the discretion of the Auction House. Payments unpaid or late will result in the account being sent to a collections agency. This can affect your overall credit scores for up to 7 years. Your bidder registration has been researched before approval for bidding at auction. The card provided on file was verified for identity purposes prior to approval. Auction house has the right to request further verification or cash payment (which may be noted in a specific lot description) for any sold items if they so determine .Contact Auction House before bidding if you need further details. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview Bodders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Midnight Sun Antique Auction Co. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidders agrees that everything is sold "as is" and that they may not return any item they purchase. Midnight Sun Antique Auction Co. is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Bidders who leave absentee bids acknowledge that a maximum bid does not guarantee a winning bid. All items will be sold in order of Lot Number. No Lot Number may be transferred to another Buyer

Bidders are solely responsible for their winning items once the declared "sold" . If the occasion arises, the Auctioneer may use his/her discretion and "pass" on an item if he/she feels an item has not received an adequate bid. We, as the Agent for the consignors, must also protect their interests. Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own property.

Midnight Sun Antique Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the Sale or to reject a bid from any source from any bidders at any time.

International Bidders need to contact Auction House before bidding on restricted, oversized or high value items before bidding.

Payment

All purchases are to be paid after Auction Sale. Successful bidders can pay invoice online received after auction through Invaluable. Invaluable will be collecting Sales Tax for all States in U.S. unless exempt info supplied. Bidder can pay through Auction House which only collects California Sales tax (required by State Law) unless exempt.

We accept Visa / Mastercard / Discover/Amex /ACH(For new bidders to Invalauble and Auction House we may request cash only on specific winning items such as high end gold),
Bidders can pay through our Paypal Account (accept also All major Credit Cards) orCheck/Bank Transfer or Zelle. Midnight Sun Auctions are not required to collect Out of State Sales Tax but will collect 10.25% California Sales Tax (L.A. County District).

Online bidders will pay ADDED 20% Buyer's premium in addition to hammer price as stipulated in the online terms and total payment. We reserve the right not to take payments or reverse payments if we suspect any fraudulent activity. Auction House may required cash payment only for bidders with no or little history.

If we do not receive payment after 2 days, we may charge Bidder's credit card on file with Invaluable

Online bidder shipping fees will be included on invoice unless winning item(s) oversized, multiple or shipped International. In this case, shipping will be paid separately and notified of total amount or bidder arrange. Third Party Buyers will be responsible for payment of total invoice.

Shipping Terms

Midnight Sun Antique Auction Company will charge bidder for shipping costs but will provide FREE inhouse handling for most items. Any oversized or special shipping will be NOTED ON LOT DESCRIPTION.'This lot UPS local can pack or ship or arrange own'. All items are shipped from California, USA. Bidders will be responsible for total cost of shipping, pack material (any handling as specified below) & Insurance charged on total purchase (unless contacted after auction for pick up arrangements). Contact Auction House within 48 hours for special shipping requests Any shipping to different address from billing will need extra verification processes.

We ship Priority USPS insured or UPS Ground insured determined by Auction House.

Midnight Sun Antique Auction Company will attempt to ship item(s) no more than 10 business days after payment unless other arrangements made. We endeavor to give your items the utmost protection during the delivery process. Midnight Sun Auction Company will not be held responsible for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: We do not ship any firearms, knives etc. overseas due to Customs restrictions. We recommed you do not bid on any oversized / heavy / extra fragile items due to very high shipping costs. Most reasonable shipping is USPS but insurance coverage is restricted. We do not have special export licencing, therefore, any winning item $2500 plus in value, will have to be arrangned by receiver or shipped by our UPS retail store which will at least double the shipping costs.. We can also ship UPS (under $2500 value) higher cost than USPS

Please also be aware for of your country's Customs requirements or limitations. International. Winning bidders will be responsible for full payment irregardless of any shipping customs holds or fees incurred. We cannot be held responsible for any International shipping delays, loss or damage during transit. Contact auction house with any inquiries.

Sales Tax

All U.S. Bidders paying through online Invaluable invoicing will be required to pay Sales Tax unless has supplied exempt information online.

Bidders who request to make payments directly through the Auction House will not be required to pay SalesTax UNLESS they are California residents Midnight Sun Antique Auction Co. is required by law to collect California Sales Tax which will be added to the total invoice based on (City of Los Angeles) 10.25% unless California Exempt papwerwork is submitted.. .
