GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE MDP AUCTION
The sale is conducted by MDP AUCTION as a sales operator
MDP AUCTION intervenes as agent of the seller and contracts for this with the purchaser. The relationship between MDP AUCTION and the buyer is subject to these terms and conditions.
1) LOTS OFFERED IN SALES AT MDP AUCTION & CONDUCT OF SALES
The submitted lots are only visible on the screen under HD images because no physical exposure expected for internet sales
The descriptions are established by MDP AUCTION
These same descriptions of the lots are only the expression by MDP AUCTION of his perception and can not engage his responsibility.
They are provided for information only, including dimensions, weight, reproduction colors. The lots are sold in the state where they are at the precise moment of their adjudication with their possible imperfections.
The reproductions of the online prizes are as faithful as possible. A difference in rendering is nevertheless possible due to the definition level of the shots.

In the event that the reserve price has not been reached, no adjudication will be pronounced and the lot will be withdrawn from the sale.
The adjudication will be pronounced by MDP AUCTION in charge of the sale.
It will be materialized by sending an email to the successful bidder by Live Auctioneer acting for this purpose as a provider of MDP AUCTION.
At any time, MDP AUCTIONS reserves the right to withdraw a lot offered for sale until the closing of the sale.
In addition, the bidder who wishes may use the coordinates of MP AUCTION available on the sheet of each lot in order to transmit to the latter a purchase order, according to the terms that will be explained by MDP AUCTION.
2) AWARD OF TENDER, SALES FEES AND PAYMENT.
In addition to the hammer price, which corresponds to the highest bid, the buyer will have to pay a commission of 28% VAT in addition to the hammer price, including VAT applicable on the amount of the commission 7.7%.
Foreign buyers must inquire before sale and comply with import and export rules between Switzerland and the country of destination. If the amount of VAT exceeds CHF 50, it can be refunded upon presentation of export documents validated by Swiss customs.

The sale is conducted in euros. The payment of the prizes and the taxes and charges relating thereto shall be made in the same currency or by any other currency.
The payment of the lot will take place in cash, for the full price, fees and taxes, even if it is necessary to obtain an export license.
The purchaser may pay the sums due by bank transfer or credit card payment.
From MDP AUCTION.
The delivery of the lots will be against payment.
Thus the ownership of an item awarded is transferred to the Buyer as soon as the Auction Price and the commissions and VAT in addition have been paid in full and that MDP AUCTION has allocated these payments to the corresponding item.
3)TRANSPORT OF MERCHANDISE DOOR TO DOOR
Transportation surcharge on quote for home delivery will be send to the buyer
4) APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute relating to the sale is subject to the exclusive application of Swiss law and the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Canton of Vaud, regardless of the place of the auction and the domicile of the buyer.
However, MDP AUCTION may act at the domicile or the place of business of the buyer, or at any other competent jurisdiction.
Shipping Terms
WHEN A BIDDER WIN A LOT, MDP AUCTION will establish a transport quote which must be paid in advance by the highest bidder
The object will then be sent promptly by MDP AUCTION with a door to door shipping system with insurance
