Conditions of Sale
Every autograph Lion Heart Autographs sells is unconditionally guaranteed authentic without time limit to the original purchaser. All sales are final unless an item is determined to be inauthentic or not as described. On matters of condition, if the lot is inaccurately described, buyer must notify the auctioneer within 3 days of receipt of the lot if they intend to return it.

Please make sure your INVALUABLE.COM registration includes a currently valid credit card.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on all invoices generated by Invaluable. Shipping charges are additional. Customs and/or import fees are the responsibility of buyers outside the United States.
Payments by wire transfer will be charged the applicable bank wiring fee.
Please note that all lots have a reserve price higher than the starting bid. Lion Heart Autographs reserves the right to execute bids on behalf of consignors up to but not exceeding the reserve price. The highest bid to meet or exceed the reserve price wins the lot.
We are a member of the ABAA (Antiquarian Booksellers Association of America) and adhere to its Code of Ethics.
Bidder agreement
By placing a bid you are entering a legal and binding contract. Upon placing a bid, you are promising to pay for your purchases upon electronic receipt of your invoice. Non-paying bidders will be added to the No Bid list and prohibited from bidding at our future auctions. A non-payment fee will be added to your bill for Legal & Processing fees.
Accepted forms of Payment
Invoices are sent via email through INVALUABLE.COM, and are due upon receipt. Lots will be shipped only after payment has been received and cleared through our account. Payment through Invaluable is preferred, however we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal ([email protected]), wire transfer (ACH), money orders, and checks drawn on American banks.

We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file 2 (two) days after invoicing unless different payment arrangements have already been made with Lion Heart Autographs.
Valid Credit Card Required
In order to bid at our auction, you agree to submit your valid credit card information for bidder authorization. Credit card information from anyone else but the registered bidder is not acceptable. All credit card information is kept strictly confidential.
Buyer's Premium
There is an 22% buyer's premium on the hammer price.
Shipping Terms
All items are shipped via FedEx, signature required, at the buyers' expense unless other arrangements are made. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes and requires a valid phone number. Customs and/or import fees are the responsibility of buyers outside the United States. PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR SHIPPING AFTER RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.
