The family believes that a few pieces are period given as gifts by rural families circa WWII and another few were purchased from licensed antiquities galleries including in Costa Rica sometime after WWII, plus a few more were purchased at museum stores and maybe of more recent origin however we are not certain which items can be ascribed to which groups and as a result all items are being offered unreserved with broad estimates.
