The fedora was signed by Michael Jackson in silver marker on the outside brim, and will be accompanied by a letter of provanance from MJJ Productions dated June 1989, which states that Michael personally signed the fedora for a fan to include in a charity auction. The Bad World Tour was Michael Jackson's first solo concert tour which was launched in 1987 in support of his seventh studio album "Bad". The tour ended on January 27, 1989, and was recognized by Guinness World Records as the largest grossing tour in history and the tour to play to the most people ever.
