Elvis Presley's 1976 Harley Davidson FLH 1200 Electra Glide - This was Elvis Presley's last motorcycle he ever purchased, which was purchased on August 11, 1976. After purchasing a Harley Davidson Sportster 1000 as a gift, Elvis purchased this customized full dress Harley for himself. The motorcycle shows very low, original miles and has retained all of its originality as when it was purchased by Elvis. Elvis eventually had the motorcycle delivered to Graceland and it was later sold to a local Harley Davidson dealership. Elvis often gave away his favorite "toys" after a short time of enjoyment, substantiating his lifelong charitable nature. This is a substantial piece of Elvis history and this bike has been on display at the Murdo, SD Pioneer Auto Museum for over 30 years. The owner of the bike has decided to sell the bike for the first time in over three decades as it has been the centerpiece of their museum for a very long time. The bike is still titled and registered in Elvis's name and this bike has an amazing story behind it. The auction house has a video of the motorcycle running (available upon request) and we have published a gallery of photos. The motorcycle has been housed in a glass museum quality display for its entire stay at the museum and guests have never been allowed to touch it.
