All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Property is open to thorough public inspection prior to the start of the auction. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinant factor. Clark's may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Clark's be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Absolutely no credit card charge-backs will be allowed for any reason.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinant factor. Clark's shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Online buyers are free to call up to 48 hours prior to the start of the auction to ask questions.
All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Credit Cards. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer's premiums, and any taxes. All items being picked up at our location or shipped to within CA state will be charged CA state sales tax unless you have supplied Clark's with a valid re-sale permit.

Clark's will continue to ship jewelry items. Emails & invoices for jewelry shipments will come from Shipping Saint this is the software we use.
Items left for more than 21 days after the auction will be considered abandoned and returned to Clark's to be sold. Storage fees of $25 per week per lot will be charged for unpaid shipping. NO REFUNDS will be given for abandoned items.
Buyers Premium
There will be a buyers premium of a total of 20% added to all purchases. On all online invoices, there will be a 20% Buyers Premium charged by Clark's and an additional 5% convenience "live" fee charged by Invaluable/AuctionZip. There will be a 2.9% credit card fee as this is what the bidding platform charges.

Shippers prefer to start with email. Please include the date of auction, lot number, what you bought, and the measurements. Once you have arranged your shipping, please send Clark's a release noting the shipper of your choice.

Clark's can provide you a list of blanket wrap shippers for larger shipments or we will work with yours.
