Black Horse Online Timed Sale May 2020

All items are available for in person viewing from 11 am to 1 pm every day (only 2 people will be allowed in at a time), or by appointment at BHA Warehouse/ Store, 3365 E. Washington Ave, Madison, WI. Call (608) 240-4588 to schedule a private viewing.

Local auction winners, or anybody who wants to pick up their items, will be expected to pick up their items from BHA Warehouse/ Store, 3365 E. Washington Ave, Madison, WI, Monday May 18th thru Wednesday, May 20th, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., or call to make an appointment.

If you need your item shipped, please let us know before you pay your invoice.

Payment

If your item is to be shipped, please wait to pay online until after tax and shipping charges have been added to your invoice

Cash and approved local checks can be accepted at the time of pick up.

Credit and debit cards can be accepted at the time of pick up or by phone as well.

If you pay with a card by phone or in person, charges will appear on your statement as "BHA Resale Store."

Shipping Terms

Many items can be shipped. Priority USPS rates will be added to the total, plus $5 handling fee for up to 3 items, $10 for 4 to 6 items and so on

For those items that are too big to be mailed, we offer "to your door" delivery within 100 miles of our location (3365 E. Washington Ave, Madison, WI) BASE CHARGE is $20, PLUS $1 PER MILE. May be extra charge for multiple items, depending on size.

Fees

All winning bids will be charged 10% buyers fee plus 5% fee for AuctionZip.

Sales Tax

Winning bid and buyers fee total will be charged 5.5% Wisconsin state and local tax.

Tax exempt bidders must provide proof of exemption.
