Charging Credit Cards :
Please note that if you have not paid your invoice within 4 days after the auction close, we will automatically charge the card on file.
Sales Tax :
Depending on the state the auction is being held in, there may be tax collected. For consignment auctions, Indiana state sales tax must be charged.
If you are not local and require shipping, you will need to get your items shipped through The Mailing Station, a local shipping facilitator.
Once your invoice is paid and you have opted for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email, and the shipping company will be notified.
Keep in mind that certain items could be expensive to ship. For example, large items, fragile items, china sets, etc. There is no correlation between what you paid for an item and your shipping costs.

Buyer's Premium :
A Buyer's Premium of 20% will be added to all winning bids.
You'll see lots of rules and terms below, but we MUST have these measurements in place to keep our auction house running smoothly.
Cash is NOT accepted on-site. You MUST pay through the invoicing system.
Per our terms, items not picked up by the pickup deadline will be forfeited, and you will still be charged for the items. Know the pickup deadline BEFORE bidding. Bidding and winning an item(s) is a binding agreement.
By signing your invoice in-person at pickup, you agree that your items have been received in full.
You will receive a post auction email from Invaluable, as well as an invoice from us, and a duplicate invoice if you have not paid by the start of the pickup day.
